If successful you will be working with a global group who are rapidly becoming the market leader in their industry. The role based in Dubai is a 12 month “rolling” contract. In this Testing controller roley you will manage and successfully deliver testing services across IT projects and solutions, in compliance with the testing standards and processes of the IT department, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost. Lead the testing teams throughout the project phases from initiation to closure for different types of projects CAPEX, OPEX, Enhancements, Support,etc (spanning 150+ projects across the group). 7+ years in an IT business environment - minimum 4 years in a testing position Passion for testing and continued improvement Business Awareness Attention to Detail and Quality Leadership Influence and Negotiation Adaptability and innovation Problem Solving and Decision Making SwissGulf Partners are the dedicated, Dubai based recruitment company, who think big.
