We have enjoyed huge success since we launched Irwin & Dow just over two years ago. As such, we have just moved into larger offices and are now looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. We are immensely proud of our reputation, our company ethos and our presence in the market and we are looking for a passionate individual who will embrace our business and have the same respect for our values,as we do. This role will suit an experienced Consultant who is looking to move into a more boutique and bespoke working environment; in a business that operates a low-key management culture allowing you to work autonomously and in a role that is delivery led. You will be working in a positive, supportive and successful environment which will help you to create opportunities for yourself, empowering you to realise your potential. As an individual you will have a mature approach, be able to self-govern yourself and maximise the opportunities presented to take your career and earnings to the highest level. You will be responsible for promoting the Irwin & Dow brand, increasing our client base, focusing on business development through networking, cold calling and face to face meetings and building long lasting, strategic relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, who possesses at least twelve months recruitment experience, preferably within the local market. Additionally, high personal standards and expectations, professional appearance and conduct and self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm are all important factors. Applicants must have a car and driving license. Exemplary written English is a must. We will consider those looking for part time or flexible working hours. Irwin & Dow was established by two highly experienced recruitment professionals, Tracey Irwin and Jocelyn Dow. We provide a refreshing approach by working in close partnership with clients and candidates within the Business Support, Secretarial, HR & Finance sectors. Good staff are key to every business. We recognise and appreciate this, having over thirty years combined recruitment and executive search experience within the region. Our main aim is to provide a specialist service to clients preferring to work with a bespoke consultancy.
