On behalf of our client who are a government entity in Dubai we are seeking for a young and professional Emirati Finance Manager. The UAE national will be tasked with establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information to senior management. The Finance Manager will work towards accomplishing stated goals and objectives to achieve desired results while focusing on the long-term profitability of the entity. Major Responsibilities: - Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. - Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions - Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses - Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential - Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed - Assist in P&L analysis, yearly budgeting process and quarterly forecasting - 3-4 years professional experience in finance and accounting required - UAE national with Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting - Superior financial skills and sound understanding of business planning/modeling - Strong interpersonal/client relationship and excellent communication skills - Demonstrated experience in working within formal/informal team environments - High energy level, self-motivated and take-charge attitude.
