The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for all commercial activities for a portfolio of beauty brands across travel retail in the UAE. Reporting to the Business Director, your primary responsibilities will be to : - Drive the sales plan and strategy for a portfolio of beauty brands across Travel Retail in the UAE - Manage a team of over 25 Beauty Advisors - Manage the marketing calendar, promotions, launches and merchandising - Analyse the brands' performance and identify opportunities for growth - Strengthen and maintain an excellent relationship with the travel retail operators in the UAE In order to apply, candidates must have the following: - Commercial experience in cosmetics and/or luxury goods - Travel retail experience is highly preferred -Experience in managing a team -Strong business acumen and excellent analytical skills Michael Page is one of the world's leading professional recruitment consultancies, specializing in the placement of candidates in permanent, contract, temporary and interim positions with clients around the world.
