To establish, manage, maintain and develop the complete F&B operation and brand portfolio for a major retail group based in Saudi Arabia A major Saudi Arabian retail group has recently acquires the franchise rights to represent a significant F&B brand across the KSA market. As such, we are seeking a highly competent F&B retail professional who will be fully responsible for the complete set-up, establishment and development of the brand. You will hold full P&L accountability as well as being responsible for all budgeting, forecasting, marketing, advertising and financial controls. The potential for this role is at its embryonic stage and will develop rapidly into a full GM level position as you build the brand strategy and create an excellent team. You will have excellent business acumen, hold significant foodservice/ HORECA/ B2B experience at a senior level as well as have experience holding full P&L management. You will also have experience of working within the food retail environment which will include being able to ensure operations are running smoothly and effectively, new store openings are occurring on time and with all of the relevant checks in place. As well as the above you will be a natural problem solver with a keen sense of attention to detail who is able to make critical business decisions at all authority levels and influence executive level internal & external stakeholders. This role will allow you to completely create a new division within an already successful and award winning business. You will be remunerated with a strong tax free salary package as well as excellent salary & benefits. Whilst it is not essential, the ability to speak Arabic would be an added advantage.
