Urgently required: Retail Advisor for Vodafone stores in (6th October – Tomanbay – Haram – Dar El Salam – Sheraton- Minia – Mallawi – Abu Kebir “Sharkia” – Old Salehia “Ismailia” – Suez – Alexandria “Seyouf” – Sherbeen “Dakahlia” – Menouf “Menoufia” – Shebin El Koum “Menoufia” – El Manzala “Dakahlia” – Sidi Salem “Kafr El Sheikh” ) BASIC FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: Carry out the company’s vision and guidelines in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in addition to achieving individual’s targets . MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Achieve sales targets • Achieve revenue targets • Cross sell/up sell when applicable according to the customer’s type/segment • Achieve customer experience targets. – Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in a relevant field is preferable. Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills knowledge. Personal Skills: – Having a permanent resident in the district applying for. – Presentable, self-motivated. – Ability to work under pressure. – Teamwork oriented. – Self disciplined. – Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. – Fluent spoken & written English language.
