We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to be based within Dubai for our Trucks & Bus operations in the UAE, The ideal candidate shall assume functional responsibility for Volvo Truck & Bus Service department operations, including development of strategic plans, preparation of annual budgets and business plans, setting and monitoring of business objectives and KPI's. - shall be responsible for the following duties:
Revenue and contribution.
Preparation and achievement of Service Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
Setting of service pricing structures with recommended discount authority levels.
Productivity and Efficiency.
Preparation and achievement of Productivity and Efficiency targets to ensure maximum profitability.A
Recommend and support recovery action plans for under-performing departments.
Competence Development
Planning and provision of training and competence development for aftersales staff to meet FAMCO business requirements.
Aftersales Products
Strategic development, implementation and monitoring of overall aftersales product offerings including Service Agreements and other �soft products', including marketing recommendations, in order to achieve maximum aftermarket penetration.
Warranty Recovery
Ensure warranty recovery from all principals is carried out in a quality and timely manner to receive maximum benefits to FAMCO.

Planning and provision of necessary equipment, tooling and manpower to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 10 years experience with reputable franchised Automotive/Commercial Vehicle/Industrial, 5 years in Service Management, preferably multi-location.
