As part of ourA Call CentreA Team, you will be responsible to improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt within a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to standards concerning service & maintenance. You will be responsible to recieve bookings to load workshops in line with production attended hours and maximize opportunity for team sales. Job holder should be able to communicate accurate information and cross sell existing service promotions, and contribute to customers retention initiatives. Part of your responsibility also is to attend to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries areA converted into reservations at best prices You are also expected to handle all reservations relatedA documentation, including inputting reservations into the front end carA rental system A  You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to theA Call CentreA Manager. You are also required to verify daily reservation manifest and prepare productivity reportsA to improve overall efficiency of the department.You should have at least a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service/ salesA role preferably in an automotive company andA holding a diploma or college degree. You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use computer applications. You are expected to have good communication skills, Arabic speaking will be an advantage but not essential. You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team.
