With our well-equipped workshop in Bahrain, MTQ Oilfield Services is able to provide a complete range of repair and manufacturing services for oilfield and industrial equipment users and manufacturers. MTQ Oilfield Services is experiencing robust growth and we have ambitions to build upon this strong growth well into the future. ? Conduct daily tool box meetings with team members to discuss daily work schedule, work specifications and manpower scheduling ? Discuss with Manager when his team encounter any technical problem and to seek consensus for certain applications and in according to procedures ? Conduct employee counselling ? Review work schedule with Foreman and seek clearance from Manager for deployment of manpower for overtime work ? Supervise daily housekeeping in the workplace ? Supervise daily equipment maintenance ? Promote and supervise safe work practices ? Communicate and coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure continuity of work process ? Prepare and approve employee daily timesheet before submit to Admin to update on next immediate working day ? Plan preventive maintenance programmes for the plant, machinery & equipment, etc. ? Allocate maintenance schedule and discuss maintenance scope/checklist with team members ? Check, verify and update maintenance records and the respective tags on machinery and equipment ? Trouble-shoot and repair of machines during breakdown ? Place order of spare parts and tools for maintenance use ? Assign manpower to attend minor office building mechanical/electrical repair ? Assist in fabricating tools for production use ? Promote, implement safety work practices and activities in relation to OHSAS and company objectives ? Supervise daily housekeeping in the section ? Supervise, motivate and counsel his team members ? Perform any other duties as assigned by his Immediate Supervisors/Manager	الشروط
