The Automotive Division is currently eMDarking on an aggressive 5 years expansion plan As an Assistant Manager- Maintenance witin Retail division,A you will have to assess the services provided by the MEP maintenance contractor at various stores in UAE MENA region stores and at the same time, evaluate the condition of safety and security of the business units.A A  You will be responsible for planning and implication of system through which LM would access to the MEP maintenance carried out at various outlets in UAE and MENA region. You will ensure that PPM services records are maintained, A accountable to the services level feedback from the Third party service providers and the services reports forwarded to LM. Make sure that each store has the latest version of disaster recovery plan. Identify and reach to the root cause of the problem and propose an amicable solution that would ensure to prevent the reoccurrence.A Maintain good relationship with local GovernmentA  officials to receive an update on local laws and shall be capable of making liaison with police and A civil defence in case of resolving issues related to their involvement . Responsible in planning safety measures to prevent the loss, theft or damage and shop lifting incidences at business units. Arrange Outside third party vendors to quote and specify the scope of works if the required tasks are not covered under AMC scope.A  A A  A  A To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelors Degree specialized in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Certifiation in Project Management, CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection (ELV Systems) is an asset. You should have a minimumA 2-3 years of experience of which at least 3 yearsA in aA management role wherein you have independently managed complete projects. Along with previous experience you must have excellent practical knowledge of all CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection solutions, HSE/PPE requirements. You need to have excellent techno-commercial skills with hands-on technical experience as well have excellent commercial knowledge and must fully understand and follow our industry's best practices for management & HSE.A  You must have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, time management & project management skills.
