Job purpose & Scope:
To manage key accounts, generate revenues by retaining existing customers, developing new markets and maximizing sales opportunities.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. To explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
2. To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
3. Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries.
4. Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements, making initial presentation
5. To meet shortlisted potential customers to convert them to customers.
6. Preparing sales proposal and quotations for submission to clients.
7. Ensure the total end to end sales cycle of every account.
8. To provide monthly sales plans to Branch Manager.
9. Collect job completion certificate from client and follow up for timely collection of payment.
10. Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events
11. Develop and maintain relationships with customers personally for repeat business
12. Understand and duly follow all statuary and legal compliances of the company • Bachelors Degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar industry in a multinational/ Multicultural environment.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office package.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and decision making skills.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
