We’re working alongside a highly respected business in the UAE who can boast a portfolio of over 300 clients in Dubai and have offices all around the world. Due to growth they are looking to hire an Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi to look after around 40-50 clients and be their main point of contact for any queries or updates needed. Role: To liaise with clients from all over the world and departments within the company to make sure issues are resolved and everything runs smoothly. To offer excellent customer service both over the phone and occasionally face to face. To complete administration accordingly to deadlines. Ideally western educated Excellent written and spoken English Works well in a team A customer service, and/or account management background Highly organized Experienced in heavy administrative roles.
