My client is a holding company which operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries.
1. Assist with planning and executing the annual marketing plan.
2. Assist with events and marketing activity coordination for promotions and activities
3. Liaise with the advertising agency and other appointed agencies and service providers on various promotional activities and day-to-day business needs.
4. Assist with the Marketing budget preparation and follow up.
5. Identify, screen and appoint suppliers / service providers as needed.
6. Interact with various internal departments and attend meetings as required
7. Maintain and update the marketing/PR manual and press kits
8. Oversee Magic Planet web site and other social media tools and ensure that weekly/daily content is in line with social plans.
9. Miscellaneous other tasks as reasonably required.
10. Develop and keep up-to-date on all development of existing marketing activities and report it monthly Ideal candidate would be :
*Young & vibrant
*2-4 years of experience in similar role
*Graduate Degree
*Computer literate , Microsoft Office skills essential
*Dual language is a big plus
*Good with numbers, admin work
