This opportunity is with a large Building Materials Company in the Middle East with a strong presence across the Gulf. As an H&S Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of short, medium and long term H&S actions. In addition, you will be enhancing the performance and development of H&S culture through the promotion and management of the site and H&S improvement plan. You will be providing expert advice on related health & safety issues to ensure cost-effectiveness, sustainability and continuous improvement. Coaching, guiding and challenging the Product Line management team as well. In this position, you will be reporting to the Product Line GM and Country H&S Director. - Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field - At least 5 years management experience in H&S function within cement/oil&gas industry - Experience of field H&S audit - Knowledge/experience on operations of Cement and A&C activities - H&S technical experience and NEBOSH IGC certification preferred - Fluent English and Arabic skills Horwath Mak Executive Resourcing is a business unit of Crowe Horwath International, a leading provider of global executive resourcing services with a twenty-five year presence in the Middle East and Africa.
