Their mission is to drive sustainable and profitable growth in the served markets by executing a global strategy at a regional level for sales, marketing and support structures.
Due to an internal promotion in their Dubai office - Talent2 are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the Transport General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Achieving sales objectives through the promotion of branded water, waste water treatment products to a variety of customers within the construction, municipal and industrial markets.
Implement marketing activities and product launches
Maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities
Develop the water, waste water business in the Middle East region by identifying, evaluating and establishing suitable routes to market
Manage Area Sales Managers, planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions
Build strategic relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users to support business development
Develop distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell the products
Agree on annual sales targets for appointed distributors Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related subject;
Minimum of 7- 10 water and wastewater sales marketing industry related experience;
Essential to have experience in the water, waste water pumping or adjacent industry with a strong technical knowledge combined with distributor/sales force development experience and management experience.
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential for this role.
