Al-Futtaim Engineering, Mechanical Electrical and PluMDing Projects
Al-Futtaim Engineering's MEP division is a specialist engineering company undertaking the design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and pluMDing services for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. With an experienced team of leaders, managers supported by highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians, the MEP division has the ability to handle even the most demanding of mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, pluMDing and fire protection projects, which requires on time delivery of quality products.
Al-Futtaim Engineering’s MEP division was first established in 1978 in the UAE and has since expanded its operations into KSA, Qatar and Egypt in recent years. As a Project Manager of MEP Projects you will be responsible to manage all aspects of proejects assigned to you. Your main responsiblilities will be as follows :-
Providing efficient and professional services in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and the successful completion of MEP project.
Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and other serviceA Contractors
Liaising with authorities like KHARAMAA, Municipality and Civil Defense for all the related works
Dealing with the major suppliers for the entireA material procurement starting from floating enquires till finalization of the supplier
Preparing Technical Submittal for the entireA project on Consultant's approved vendors list
Leading the project management team design team inA all aspects of the project.
Being a construction Leader in execution of the entire MEP Project.
Attending Consultant's material & work inspections ,factory visits and Authorities Inspections
Should adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
To be considered for this role you must have as follows:-
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
15 years of work experience
Project Management of MEP Projects
Experience in execution of MEP projects in middle east is mandatory Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
