As part of Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that your department is fulfilling its financial goals as well as providing direction to the team through leadership, motivation and effective communication. As a Department Manager for the ACE brand, you will motivate and develop the team to deliver exceptional results. You will manage the stock levels, delegate and planning of staff duties, assist with training and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
