As part ofA our Automotive team, you will be responsible in receiving vehicle for service and repair jobs as well as raising repair orders on the Dealership Management System (DMS). You are also expected to provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain the approval from the customers. You will be responsible also for raising special orders of parts which are not available and arrange active delivery of vehicles.You should have a degree or diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor or Consultant in an Automotive dealership company. You should have ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of carA repairs/maintenance. You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
