To support Account Relationship managers (ARMs) / Unit Heads / Department heads in credit related matters. Major job areas to be handled will be as follows: 1. Analysis of the balance sheet and other financial data from time to time. 2. Supporting in preparation of credit proposals 3. Handling day to day routine matter relating to the accounts. 4. Ownership of files of the accounts handled by the ARM’s / Unit Heads. 5. To maintain close liaison with Credit Administration, branches, Credit Control department, Risk department etc. 6. Attending to Audit / LRM queries. 7. Preparing/ maintenance of Contract monitoring sheets, shares security sheets where ever it is applicable. 8. Ensuring correct statistical data for all the accounts with them. 9. Preparation of MIS. 10. Account monitoring. 11. Follow up with customers for timely renewal of facilities, completion of all kinds of lending documents etc. 12. Visit customers at least once in a year (preferably before the renewals) with ARM / Unit Heads. 13. To maintain proper records of each account regarding security, mortgage, mortgage valuation, Insurance, Creation of charge etc. 14. Preparation of information for CBO audit, Internal audit, CBO periodic data etc. 15. Any other job as decided by the departmental head. • Should be a Bachelor Degree holder or higher qualification in Banking/accountancy. • Should have 6-7 years experience in Banking industry with exposure to Corporate lending, Credit assessment, Credit Administration areas. Knowledge about various banking products, structure, pricing etc. Good exposure/hand on experience in transactional banking realted IT systems. (Finacle, Moody’s etc.). is essential. General Requirement /Skills / Competencies: • Omani National preferred. • Good working knowledge in handling Corporate Accounts. • Should possess good level of communication skills (written and verbal) in Arabic and English language. • Should possess good leadership, analytical and decision making skills. • Should have Knowledge on Risk Management, Treasury & Investment Banking.
