My client is a large international developer specialising in mixed-use development and building related proejcts. They are about to embark on a new mixed-use development project in Kazakhstan valued at 1.5 billion USD. My client is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with relevant regional and project's experience to complement their current staff. Previous building and/or mixed-use development experience from a Developer or Project Management Consultancy is essential, and regional knowledge is also an advantage. - 10+ years experience; - Mixed-use development or buildings experience; - Previous regional experience; - Happy to work in Kazakhstan This is a great opportunity to work on a large valued project, for an international developer who could offer long-term internal opportunities.
