Customer Service Manager – Qatar • Leading Sports Retailer & Wholesaler • Location: Qatar • Competitive Salary Package Qatar is booming and the retail sector is following suit. Our client, a leading sports retailer and wholesaler is currently experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities in this role will include: • Developing and updating customer service policies and procedures. • Managing or leading a team of customer services staff. • Handling more complex enquiries and complaints. • Authorising refunds or other compensation to customers. • Developing and implementing customer loyalty programmes. • Ensuring accurate customer records and databases are kept. • Analysing key management information to see how well customers are being served. • Recruit, train and appraise new staff. • Keeping up to date with developments in customer service, for example data protection. • Report regularly to senior managers on performance and key targets. • Manage day to day operations of the team and ensure excellent customer service and maintain set quality levels. • Investigate complaints and take remedial or corrective action. • Attend training sessions on new company services or products. • Other related duties as assigned. The attributes we seek include: • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Customer Service Management or Contact Centre Operations or other relevant similar qualification • Minimum 6 years’ Customer Service Supervisory or Management experience in Contact Centre environment or strong customer service focus role • Strong customer focus approach and understanding of the needs of customers • Experience in developing and implementing loyalty programmes is essential • Excellent communication and people skills • Strong motivational skills • Good planning and organisational skills • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to meet targets and deadlines. • Sports product knowledge would is preferred but not essential.
