Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree or Business Administration.
2. Other business related courses will be advantageous.
3. Complete knowledge of financial accounting and production operations related to construction and
Field of ready mixed concrete.
4. At least 10 years work of experience in this field.

8. Persuasive with details and facts and delegate responsibilities effectively. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To manage local scheduling and real-time operations which facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic targets and goal.
2. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid, promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conductive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
3. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
4. Interfaces with Operations Management to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximization of
Schedule adherence, provides input on local conditions, identifies needs and receives direction on real-time
Staffing increases or decreases.
5. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
6. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

8. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.

13. Supervise and coach plant managers on a weekly basis.

15. Oversee organizational as follows:
a. Coordination and Supervision – coordinate, manage and monitor works of various departments in the organization.
b. Financial – review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operations budget. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
c. Best Practices – improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
d. Human Resources - plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
e. Production – coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Provide technical support where necessary.
f. Communication – monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, Accounts and Procurement. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
g. Sales, Marketing and Customer Service – manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
h. Strategic Input – liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
i. Maintenance – Review Maintenance team performance within operations to monitor their operability & to provide reliability judgments on all installed plant equipment and systems to avert any potential downtime.
j. Workshop – Review the Workshop team performance within operations to monitor their efficiency & to provide regular feedback to ensure that all truck & pump fleet, company vehicles, generators, etc are available at all times as per the IMS / QMS systems.
