- Achieving sales targets with the team in the retail unit while promoting the brand and its uniqueness in the best possible way. - Following up on all orders with all related departments. - Supervising & supporting the counter staff team members. - Following procedures for smooth production/delivery cycle to ensure customers satisfaction. - Generating daily and periodic reports, and all related paper work. - Reporting to the Shop Manager. - Native Arabic Speaker - Good English is a must, spoken and written. - Computer knowledge (Basic MS office, E-mails). - Minimum 2 years experience in face to face sales or customer service (preferably RETAIL). - Ability to work under pressure and in a team as a team member. - Flexible and willing to work on shift basis, weekends and holidays. - Self-motivated and aggressive in sales, comfortable with demanding customers. - Fast learner, solution oriented, and self-motivated team member; good listener and communicator. - Available in UAE for interviewing.
