- Develop, upgrade of WBS and format of time schedule update for the Project Management System. - Assist Sr. Cost Estimation Engineer in preparation of Cash flow and Ashghals Manpower plans for departments and integrated plans for affairs. - Provide technical support for Consultants and Contractors regarding utilization of PM Software (Primavera P6). - Analyze Extension of Time Claim from Contractors and Consultants - At least 10 years experience in planning, scheduling and cost engineering, including at least 7 years using project management software e.g. Primavera Project Planner, MS Project. - Good oral and written English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills, have good knowledge to the international standards, Protocols for EOT and Claims analysis. Ashghal is the Public Works Authority in the State of Qatar and is responsible for the construction and management of Roads, Highways, Waste Water facilities and Public Buildings.
