A well established university in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Recruiter to be joining their team.
The recruiter will be reporting to the HR director.
The role would be on a contract of one year.
The responsibilities includes:
- Collaborate in the recruitment and selection of the most qualified human resources, consistently applying the companys R&S practices and procedures in the region.
- Identify and support recruitment activities in Middle East and Africa to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel.
- Detection of available internal resources.
- Definition and implementation of On Boarding plans.
- Support in the preparation of reports and database updates, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
- Maintain the curricula base up to date.
- Implement policies, procedures and processes within the region respecting company needs.
- Provide assistance to the Internship and Global Trainee Programs.
- Suggest and evaluate services suppliers.
- Comply with policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Bachelors Degree with Major in HR or post graduate studies.
- English language: must be highly fluent
- A dynamic and flexible professional, with strong analytical skills and a very organized work style.
- Drive for results and autonomy are key competencies desired.
- The candidates should be customer oriented, with solid communication skills and high levels of empathy, willing to develop a strong regional network in order to obtain the relevant results.
- Should have proven interviewing skills for the selection process and relevant experience in related tasks, being open to work in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of selection interview and experience in selection functions.
- Capable of informing progress and results through reports and database follow up.
- Experience in other areas of HR is also welcome, as the development plan for the person would include possibilities of rotating through different areas of HR in the long term.
