Kentz currently has an urgent requirement for an Engineering Manager. This position will be based in Dubai, with some travel to Iraq required on an ad hoc basis. Responsibilities Performance of all design / engineering activities.Interface with Project Manager on design / engineering issues.Planning, coordinating and managing the design / engineering of the project.Responsible for the efficiency and profitability of the Engineering DepartmentMain interface with Client for engineering related activities to ensure that all reasonable requests are met.Approve all engineering / design work undertaken by the engineering group in accordance with company QA/QC procedures.To ensure that design activities are performed in accordance with the planned programme. Education and Skills Engineering Degree, or equivalent.Familiar with ASME, International Design codes and Standards.12+ years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry; 5+ years within a similar position.Ability to work within a multi-national team is essential.
