Kentz, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, is a global engineering specialist solutions provider, with 15,500 employees operating in 36 countries worldwide. We have provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services, Construction, and Technical Support Services (TSS) to clients in the energy and resources sectors for more than 90 years. Kentz now has an urgent requirement for a Civil Supervisor, based in Basra. Rotation is 4 and 4. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day interface with contractor, providing a focus on safety, quality, cost and schedule.Daily reporting of activities, and progress to the Superintendent. Education and skills Engineering Degree, Civil.5+ years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.3+ years’ experience in a similar position.Onshore construction management experience.Knowledgeable about a specific discipline involved in the construction of major onshore O&G projects.Good communication skills.
