We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout the UAE, Egypt and GCC countries.A We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program.The Digital Asset Manager is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of eCommerce Retail Digital Asset Management (DAM) system on a daily basis, including implementation, maintenance, and training. In addition, should develop and motivate the users of the DAM toward efficient and effective use in order to yield high productivity and cost savings and manage and catalog digital assets for all online Retails Brands
Key Responsibilities of the role will be:
* Establishing and Managing the Digital Studio for eCommerce.
* Work closely with the eCommerce System specialist to implementingA workable, scalable DAM solutions for eCommerce retail as whole for:
* Automated creation of digital assets (360A° view).
* Organizing digital assets.
* Manipulating digital assets (converting, merging, collating)
* Searching for a digital asset.
* Verifying the integrity of digital assets.
* Delivery and distribution of digital assets.
* Securing digital assets - including copyright protection mechanisms.
* Define, implement, and enforce compliance with DAM guidelines, workflows, and best practices (work closely on this with the QA Specialist).
* Monitor DAM operation and performance, and act as primary operational point of contact for DAM vendor / 3rd party.
* Manage the DAM budget and monitor expenditures associated with the DAM.
* Manage and moderate all content including product reviews and videos creation, along with translation to Arabic based on the agreed strategy with GM
A To be considered for this position, you will possess:
* Master's degree in Digital Asset Management, Information Science, Information Systems, IT Management orbusiness-equivalent combination of training and experience.
* Management degree or certification is a plus.
* Must be able to quickly assess issues and react to changing circumstances and new information.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within aA softwareA life-cycle.
* Minimum of 7+ years of relevant Digital Asset Management experienceA A A
* Able to work in a fast-pacedA environment, including prioritizing and mutli-tasking while paying close attention to detail.
* Strong experience A A A A implementing and customizing DAM solutions, preferably including data A A A A migration and DAM integration with business systems.
* Comprehensive knowledge of metadata principles and experience implementingA multiple different metadata schema
* Hands on clients account management
* Excellent command of English
* Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
* GoodA leadership skillsA
* Excellent Time Management skills and problem solving skills.
