An exciting opportunity is here for an experienced Assistant Recruitment Manager to join a very busy, vibrant Recruitment Team for a large hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Recruitment & Training Manager & working closely with a large team & outside agencies, this is a varied & exciting role. The preferred candidate is Indian (who speaks many dialects), a female is highly desired who has at least three years experience recruiting in the UAE & a thorough knowledge of the UAE labour law. Hospitality experience is preferred, although not required, but working with all levels from line staff to senior managers is required. Experience using SAP is desirable but training will be provided. Communication skills in English will be at a very high level & personal presentation must be very sharp.
