SFPA is a nongovernmental organization working in the field of Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health. SFPA is member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). IPPF is the strongest global voice safeguarding sexual and reproductive health and rights for people everywhere and has Member Association (MAs) in 182 countries worldwide. SFPA is seeking for a competent candidate to fill the vacant post of SFPA Executive Director according to the following conditions and criteria: 1. Degree of Bachelor in Administration of Social and Health Sciences. 2. Minimum 15 years overall experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience in: a. Coordinating the activities related to programs implementation capacity building, financial management, governance, research and evaluation. b. Development of innovative initiatives on Sudan Reproductive Health needs. c. Establish and develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and build strategic alliances. d. Have a keen grasp of Reproductive Health issues. e. Sound cultural and political sensitivity along with high level communication and leadership skills. 3. Fluency in both Arabic and English language (writing & speaking). 4. Good knowledge and experience in using the information technology. 5. Experience of projects and contracts management from project design to implementation. 6. A Candidate should be free of Military Services. 7.
