My client is an international FMCG organisation with large offices in Dubai. They are recruiting a Training Manager for their new technical training centre. The purpose of this job is to conduct and manage the training and development programs, processes and roll-outs for the company covering soft skills training, coordinate the technical training and employee development. The role also has a large focus on talent management, succession planning and organisational development and strategy. - 4-5 years experience in the FMCG sector as a Training and OD specialist. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Must have managed a team as the position has direct reports.
