ERP Financial Specialist - Kurdistan
Due to a expansion in the finance team, our client a large construction and hospitality organization is looking for a ERP Financial Specialist.
Please note family or single accommodation is available in this location however Bachelors would be preferred
Reporting to the Financial Manager your role will be as follows:
- Lead the implementation of ERP in subsidiary companies of group
- Provide day to day support to companies who are using dynamics GP
- Conduct analysis and design solution for enhancement requirement for group companies
- Assist and collaborate with users & team in defining Functional Specifications
- Perform all functional task of ERP implementation project life cycle as a functional resource which include following:
* Requirement analysis
* Requirement documentation
* Solution Design
* Solution Documentation
* System configuration
* User training
- Designing reports in available tools for ERP application(MR, Smart list builder)
- Personalization of the application in compliance with recommended practices for ERP application
- Provided support to user for ongoing as well as completed projects 1. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
2. Confident personality to work in project team
3. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. Knowledge of accounting, finance, inventory.
5. Microsoft Dynamics Installation & Configuration, Administration & Security.
6. Hands on experience in the implementation and migrations between ERP Systems
7. Knowledge of General ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Analytical Accounting, payable Management, Receivable, Sales order processing, Purchase order Processing, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Encumbrance Management, Manufacturing, Budgets.
8. Knowledge in Report Development MR for Financial reporting, Smart Report Builder, Excel Report Builder.
9. Ability to understand and follow complex and written instructions
10. Extensive experience and hands with MS-Office suite
11. Able to talk about technology in simple terms
12. A logical thinker
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Outstanding skills in Problem Analysis/Resolution, strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight and demanding schedules
