My client, a leading IT Systems Integrator company is seeking to recruit experienced Project Managers for its Qatar operation Responsibility: You will be accountable for the delivery of a project or programme with responsibilities including: • Management of client engagements and business development opportunities • Production of estimates and project plans • Selection and mobilization of project teams (design, development, test, implementation and support resource) to meet customer and internal time constraints. • Delivery of allocated project responsibilities to time, quality and cost. • Identification and mitigation of technical, schedule and management risks, and allocation and management of corresponding contingency finance. • Preparation of work orders and project documentation (eg PID/PMP, status reports, Requests for Change/Change Control Notes and other key documentation) • Selection and tailoring of project delivery methods/lifecycle appropriate to assigned project scale and approach. • Day to day project/delivery management of technical delivery teams including task assignment and review. • Ensuring the project team strikes an appropriate balance of design and assurance effort to support development and implementation work. • Performance monitoring and management of project team members, including ad hoc and formal feedback and tracking of forecast against actual labour expenditure. • Supporting business development and contributing appropriately to proposals and/or propositions. Must be an experienced Project Manager with project experience in IT Infrastructure, ERP, Applications, preferably IT Transformation Project for Banking. Must be PMP/Prince2 Certified with 7-8 years experience in Project Management.
