My client - leading IT Systems Integrator Company is currently seeking a Professional Services Delivery Manager for its Qatar operation The Delivery Manager will be handling 21 people, overseeing 8 projects for Professional Services Division. You will act as the single point of contact for customer. You will take ownership of the services provided to these customers, and manage any raised issues and escalation. You will manage matrix and performance of the team. This is a process oriented role, hence you are responsible in ensuring delivery of the project as per SLAs, and provide monthly reports on these to customers. This role is mainly focus in delivery, profit and loss and revenue target. The ideal candidate must have 14-15 years experience in the project delivery and IT Service Management. Must have expert level experience in Service Level Management Must have experience of delivering IT Service Reporting for operational purposes Must be practiced in developing and writing SLA's and OLA's Must be proficient in 3rd Party performance management Must have ITIL Service Management Foundation (v2/v3) New Sourcing International (NSI) / Bluefin Talent have partnered so to offer a specialized recruitment solution in both the technology and financial services domain.
