Our aim is to deliver effective and outcome focused care, treatment and support within safe environments. The role will be based in an independent hospital which provides assessment and intervention for men and women who have a learning disability and complex needs including people who have mental health problems and behaviours that challenge services. We are looking for exceptional people who are dedicated, professional, capable and competent, most importantly, who always put the service user at the centre of all they do. We believe that everyone in the nursing workforce has a valuable contribution to make to the health and wellbeing of the people we serve. As a Clinical Nurse Manager you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership and management of the service and the nursing team. You must have a full understanding of The Modernising Learning Disability Nurse Agenda to bring through and encourage the development of nursing staff within the service. You will be Preferably experienced in supervising direct care staff RNLD, RMN or RNMH qualified with 5 years post-registration experience and at least 3 years experience working within Learning Disability services.
