EY is seeking a Cyber Project Manager with a real drive to succeed and a passion for Cyber security to join a leading global team and network that will be the first line of defense for some of the most important organizations in the world. This role will be awarded to the most passionate project manager who want to work as part of an elite team and be part of one of the most unique SOC in the world. Project Manager for deployment will be responsible for managing individual SOC services customer deployments and internal SOC new services. PMD will be required to undertake the day to day tasks needed to get projects completed successfully on time within budget and to excel client and internal expectations. The PMD role will work for the SOC Manager and closely with the other members of the project team, along with the operational team to hand over once client services are engaged. Key Responsibilities: •Accountable for delivering clients onboarding to EY SOC operations on time, within budget and to excel expectations •Manage technical and other teams to deliver successful SOC services at client locations •Coordinate with client and EY engagement team to ensure client expectations are met, if not exceeded •Establish and maintain deployment metrics that provide assistance with managing customer deployment to quality, cost, time and customer satisfaction •Maintain and improve a set of project quality documents to accelerate onboarding of clients and improve quality •Conduct project post implementation review and report to the SOC Manager •Manage all stakeholder expectations with clear and concise communications to enhance project success To qualify, candidates must have: We are looking for Cyber Project Manager Professionals with capability and experience in the following areas: •Excellent team work capabilities, passion and drive to succeed and combat Cyber threats •Project management of large scale SOC solutions deployment •SIEM technologies and platforms such as Splunk, Arcsight, QRadar or others •Awareness and knowledge of Threat Intelligence •Awareness and knowledge of Security Monitoring •Awareness and knowledge of Cyber Incident Response •Awareness of Big data analytics, dashboards, eGRC and behavioral analysis tools •Awareness of Cyber OT and IoT issues •Awareness of Attack & Penetration Testing / Ethical Hacking •Awareness of Application Security Risk Assessment Qualifications & Experience: •Preferred degree in a technical field in either computer science or mathematics or engineering or similar field •Suitable Project Management qualification •5+ years project management experience •3+ years of working in a security or emergency operations center •Strong communication skills •Demonstrate ability to run projects •Good leadership skills •Experience in designing, implementing, or commissioning large scale protective monitoring regimes •Knowledge of security technologies such as Splunk, Arcsight, QRadar or others •Network monitoring technology platforms such as Fidelis XPS, RSA or others •End point protection tools, techniques and platforms such as CarbonBlack, Symantec, McAfee or others •Must have implementation experience or at least taken part in the implementation of Security Event analysis, Investigation End to End Administration •Good troubleshooting skills •Candidate has to be comfortable to work at client / project location EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transactions and advisory services.
