Our Dubai based Facilities Management Company is looking for a male MEP Supervisor to provide a professional and effective supervisory service to the team. Your role is to ensure that all technical staff under your jurisdiction carry out their work to the required standard, on time and with technical accuracy. Job Description Manages and supervises the daily activities of the team Ensures optimal use of manpower and resources Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies Responds in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests Carries out site inspection from time to time to monitor the standards of work and completion schedule Coordinates with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests Carries out routine inspections for the works completed by both technicians and service partners Ensures that both the quality and quantity of the works are in accordance with Service Level Agreements Key Requirements Should have a good command of the English language Someone who is flexible in terms of working times Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in the facilities management and maintenance industry Applicants should preferably have GCC experience Unfortunately due to the high volume of candidate applications only the successful candidates will be contacted.
