A leading Pharmaceutical Industries Company is expressing the interest to hire competent candidates to fulfill vacant position of: Quality Head (one position) Seeking for a candidate well versed in Pharmacy, Quality of all kinds in the Pharmaceutical Industries: 1.        Supervising and developing the implementation of the Quality function plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with company’s rules and policies, assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow. 2.      Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Quality Control function. 3.      Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor. 4.      Leading the development and update of the Quality function policies and systems. 5.      Endorsing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization, as well as facilitating and supporting quality functions in all activities. 6.      Conducting internal quality checks and reviews on the date generated by the quality teams while ensuring integrity and traceability of all the generated data. 7.      Reviewing and evaluating all data generated by different Hikma operational and quality functions and accordingly approving the release of finished product. 8.      Managing the evaluation and approving current and new vendors of raw material and packaging material in cooperation with purchasing staff, in addition to establishing quality requirements for external active pharmaceutical ingredients suppliers. 9.      Assessing product specifications of the company and comparing it with global and in-house specifications. 10.  Establishing internal and external training programs that shall target critical areas to insure integration of quality in every production function, and raise the awareness of quality team on drug manufacturing process. 11.  Ensuring that all standards, reagents, solvents and other chemicals are properly prepared, maintained and used while assuring that required safety instructions are fully implemented. 12.  Keeping abreast with the latest high-tech techniques, equipment and technologies that are relevant to the discipline of pharmaceutical analysis both Quality Control and Quality Assurance. 13.  Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct Manager. BSC in Pharmacy, a Sudanese National. Minimum (7) years of experience in a related position. Certification in TQM, Six Sigma or MSC in related field. English – fluent. Less than 40 years old is preferable. Released from National Military Service. Permanently registered in the High Council of Medicine and Poison. HPLC, UV, IR and Stability Chamber.
