Branch Administrator / ReceptionistEncore Personnel Services are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator for their Slough Office.This role is in a busy recruitment company reception in the centre of Slough. The Role involves:-1.Phone answering 2.Booking individuals in for interviews3.Taking and recording queries from flexi workers4.Processing holiday requests and following company procedure for all flexi workers5.Registering flexi workers on a daily basis and entering all information on to the in-house computer system ensuring all procedures are followed 6.Processing payroll of up to 300 Timesheets per week7.Processing reference requests8.Taking Post9.Making refreshments 10.Scanning, copying and Filing11.Stock ordering and reconciliation12.General admin support for the officeThe Candidate should :-1.Have excellent time keeping2.Have an excellent phone manner3.Be organised4.Be Willing to learn5.Be proficient with computers including intermediate level in excel packages: Word, Excel, Outlook and some PowerPoint6.Have at least 2 years admin experience7.Have excellent attention to detailWorking hours are Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch daily.You must have the relevant experience to be considered for this role.
