* Responsible for designing and maintaining documentation (training material, process, user documentation).
* Create user roles and delegate permissions to training modules, material, and content.
* Participate in content management process according to established procedures.آ
* Responsible for managing attendance and any follow up actions to maintain the right number of participants (waiting list, cancellations, attendance completion confirmation, learning requests).
* Tier 1 support for the LMS (Logging of technical faults, administering user accounts, etc.).
* Experience with LMS system administration and content. management systems (minimum 2-3 years).
* Experience with curriculum management.
* Broad experience of HR policy and legal experience.
* Good consulting and relationship management skills.
* Credibility to work with senior people.
* Strong systems analysis and technical systems skills.
* Experience managing digital assets, data bases and portals.Ideally, experience working within a learning and development team.
* Experience developing and implementing business processes.
* Proven oral and written communication skills with all levels of internal/external personnel and stakeholders.
* Ability to interpret client needs and produce instructional materials.
* Ability to teach others how to use the system.
* Proficiency in installing, setting up and managing new applications.آ
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present persuasive solutions.آ
* Capable of comprehend complex information and tailor appropriate communication to the audience.
