Nile Air is looking to hire :“Senior HR Specialist”• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks • Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs??Requirements: • Bachelor in Business Administration or any equivalent working experience • An HR certificate/ diploma • Experience from 3 to 4 years • Personnel and Human Resources, knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits and personnel information systems • Very Good in English Language • Knowledge of human behavior and performance.??Kindly send your CV : [email protected]
