Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a major construction Programme within the UAE? CH2M have partnered up to form a joint venture that is leading all real estate and construction delivery related Programme management services for a major exhibition.It will be the first time that such an exhibition will be hosted in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia Region and it is expected to be a significant catalyst for growth for business across wider region.   As the Programme gains rapid momentum and new projects begin their life cycle, the project team are now seeking to appoint a Document Control Professional.   Working from the Dubai site office in Jebel Ali, you will be responsible for the tracking, management and overall control of all PMC documentation including incoming and outgoing documentation. You will also be expected to:- Support the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism. Take ownership of existing Change Register and keeping it up to date with Change Request, Change Authorisation Request, Instruction and Agreed Value of Instruction information. Monitor performance of Project Commercial Managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales. Provision of administrative support, where required. QA check all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly. Follow the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence. Produce quantitative, status and analysis reports. Support senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments. The minimum qualifications for this position are:The successful candidate will be an Emirati National and have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related discipline ideally with at least 3 years professional experience within a project or programme management setting.
