We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a boutique Asset Management firm based in Dubai. Our client manages commercial/retail & residential towers throughout the UAE. They are currently looking for a strong Leasing Manager, with previous experience leasing units in all of the above categories. Key responsibilities for the role are as follows; - Track record in leasing commercial/retail & residential units - Ability to build relationships with existing clients & deliver on their requests - A network of potential new business & tenants - Strong negotiation skills As per our clients requests the below are mandatory; - Must be based in the UAE - At least 2 years UAE experience - English & Arabic speaker - Must come from a reputable asset management or real estate brokerage firm - Must have mixed use knowledge The role is a commission only role, excellent commission structure on offer. Medical, VISA & annual flight are included.
