The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities: • Sets yearly strategy and targets for recruitment of all consulting staff in the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh Offices. • Oversees and US and European recruiting pipeline. • Makes hiring decisions and oversees the follow up process. • Communicates and negotiates offers. • Manages work allocation of recruitment assistants. • Attends recruitment events, conducts roadshows, workshops, fairs etc. • Oversees budget, pipeline and control reporting. • Supports marketing and branding acitivies, handles recruitment press releases. • Act as an advisor, tracking competitors, suggesting improvements and implementing change. Background The qualifications and personal skills we are looking for are: • Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail. • A relevant degree and 5+ years recruitment experience in a professional services firm in the Middle East. • Can do attitude and passion for the job. • Fluency in written and spoken English. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience in data based systems and report running. To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, be educated to degree level with 5 years previous experience working as a Recruiter for a large multinational in the professional services industry.
