-JOB PURPOSE The MAD Gallery Senior Advisor is responsible for promoting company products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional service. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Supervise the operations of the gallery in the absence of the Head – MAD Gallery. -Identifies customer needs. Describes product features and benefits. Demonstrates the use and handling of the product. Educates clients on brands quality standards and specifications. Provides memorable shopping experience to customers. -Advises customers on product ranges best suited to their needs. Answers customers’ queries to help them make a decision on the purchase. -Generates sales with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets. -Ensures customers’ needs are met, complaints are resolved and customer service provided is of exceptional standard. -Computes sale prices and discounts as applicable. Maintains sales records. Receives and processes cash, checks, changes and credit payments and generates invoices and receipts. -Facilitates repeat purchases, brand recall and increase conversions. -Follows the Gallery’s after sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures. -Arranges and displays products in line with visual merchandising and brand guidelines. -Develops client community through personal contact, social media platform and events. Market survey. Development of special projects. -Manage stock through Oracle system. Adheres to loss prevention, inventory controls and standard operating procedures of the company. -Maintains awareness of new product launches, promotional events and sales. -Ensures interior and exterior of the Gallery are kept clean and maintained to company standards. -Offers to take the customer’s contact details to complete the CRM database and establishes an on-going list with existing and potential customers to develop and follows-up thereafter. -Ensures timely stock replenishment with full adherence to receiving and transferring procedures. - COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal -Head of Mad Gallery -Support team -Display team External -Customers QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES Minimum Qualifications -(BA) in business and/or marketing and/or communication alternatively in Art and Design would also be considered. Minimum Experience -3-4 years’ experience in retail and/or Luxury service industry. -Must have Arabic and/or English oral and writing proficiency.
