Job Summary: With knowledge and exposure in the overall valuations process the successful candidate will be required to define and manage property/real estate related projects. Conducting related valuations / valuation reviews on invested property, real estate fund etc.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be required to build an internal as well as external network of contacts (business /community / cross - functional, cross line of services) to enhance firm connectivity, performance and profitability. Managing project financials, including budgets, timely billing and collection.
- Contributes in the development of new methodologies or approaches to address client or firm needs. Prepares concise and well-written documents using appropriate business and technical language.
- Takes responsibility for addressing the needs of the client, the firm and other stakeholders. Sets a positive example by providing timely and meaningful verbal and written feedback.
- The successful candidate must participate in real estate market research and demand - supply analysis. You will be required to conduct feasibility studies to ascertain the viability of any new projects under consideration. Market analysis reports to consider the direction of the development and whether a change of use should be considered.
- Monthly market updates, which provide clients with up to, the minute analysis of the changes in certain markets and sectors.
- You will be required to design corporate real estate strategies including advice on how to effectively utilise the current holding of real estate assets.
- Analyzing equations of impact of real estate behavior and financial, monetary and macroeconomic stability. Maintaining real estate data: criteria, difficulties and limitations, measuring performance and lending risk, developing real estate & financial soundness indicators, understanding aggregation issue, aggregation bias and the repeat sales price index, property wise trend analysis and areas of future work maintaining real estate property price index. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate/Property Valuations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
- Excellent research, financial modeling and financial analytical skills.
- Candidates must have a deep knowledge and understanding of all kind of property acquisitions and merger benefits.
- Must possess excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written.
- Strong background and work experience within Real Estate & Management.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
