Salary: up to AED 12,000 based on experience Our client, founded 9 years ago in Dubai was the first restaurant to introduce the concept of an affordable and quality South Asian cuisine restaurant in a casual environment. With 3 outlets currently in Dubai and Bahrain, they are one of the most popular restaurant concepts in the region offering a variety of Pakistani, Afghani and North Indian inspired cuisine. A truly “international” restaurant that honors many different cooking traditions and interprets them within their unique creative vision. Receiving many positive reviews from several independent food critics, newspapers / magazines such as Time Out and various national dailies Due to their expansion plans, they are looking to aggressively expand into the food delivery service to clients across Dubai. As a result we are looking for an experience individual in the food delivery service Key responsibilities of the role are as follows: - Develop menus and pricing of food items for delivery - Assess current delivery systems and process - Improve on current customer reach and customer spend - Assist in recruiting and ever expanding team - Train staff on customer service and improved delivery process. - Assess IT related systems to improve the process - Plan and coordinate work shifts, duties and responsibilities - Continuously find ways to grow the business - Report on consumer behavior - Participate in BTL marketing activities and campaigns - Continuous evaluation of standards across all areas of the restaurant and delivery service - Improve profit and overall revenue - Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience within the Restaurant industry - Previous experience in managing a food delivery service is essential - High level of energy - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to inspire team work - Sensitive to multicultural working practices and nationalities - Possess excellent leadership skills - Good customer relationship management skills - Keen attention to detail. - Communication skills in English Kershaw Leonard is committed to finding First Class people for its World Class Clients.
