Clients company specialized in the trading of food stuff (mainly olive oil) - Managing the day-to-day operations of the office - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments - Managing projects and conducting research - Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist in new project development - Translating documents - Making travel and guest arrangements - Working in a professional environment Baccalaureate degree in business administration or higher. The Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English. You should be able to translate one to the other easily. Any other language is a plus. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment. Prior experience is required and and the ability to self manage time. You must have good Communication skills and Organisation skills.
