International Business Development of a Premium 4X4/off Road Accessories Brand Your role will be to focus purely on sales and development of a premium brand of off-road accessories in West African countries. Based in Dubai, your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): - Presenting and selling the products to current customers and potential new business customers through a combination of telephone calls, emails, sales visits and business trips. - Create and develop a strong customer database. - Prospect new markets (Under Distribution Territory) – this will include organizing multiple business trips to Africa to bring new orders, and sign agreement with potential distributors. - Identifying new business prospects, establishing potential new client relationships and improving current client relationships - Attending and contributing at sales team meetings and workshops. - Coordinating with company departments to accomplish the work required to close sales. - Developing and implementing special sales activities to insure a good rotation of stock. - Achieving sales targets, meeting KPIs and maintaining acceptable profit margins. This is a new role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. - The candidate demonstrates a good experience within the field of accessories, or 4X4 market for minimum 2 years. - The candidate must have experience in the sales business. - The candidate is familiar with export processes including shipments and logistics. - A good understanding of the maritime transport, Incoterms, and international payments. - A good knowledge of African territories, mainly the French speaking countries. - It is imperative for the candidate to be fluent in English and French (any other language is a plus). Profiles that don’t meet the above criteria will not be considered.
