We are now seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office. This critical role will be reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), KEO and be responsible for business development and driving the growth of KEO's market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and monitoring business relationships with our esteemed clients. Paramount to success within this varied role will include ; • Demonstrated success within a holistic client management approach including establishing client contacts, client profiling, prospecting and maintaining client listings consistent with business objectives • Developing effective working relationships with clients through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further work and business development opportunities • Maintaining contemporary knowledge of current and future market trends, industry contacts, potential prospects, new projects and awards and reporting to SVP accordingly • Ensuring the efficient and timely co-ordination and production of high quality BD documentation, including Expressions of Interest (EOI's), Registrations and Pre-qualifications • Demonstrated experience and capability in managing / negotiating commercial and contractual matters with clients on projects till contract award / signature To be successful in this role, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience with a Bachelor or Master in Architecture / Engineering disciplines. An MBA will be an added value. Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Kuwaiti Nationals will be warmly received.
